One of Innsbruck’s swimming pools is called Tivoli and is located inside a large park

Surrounded by the panorama of the northern range and close to Innsbruck's old town lies the Tivoli Outdoor Pool (Freibad Tivoli), which, like the Adventure Oasis Olympic Village Innsbruck, is managed by IBK. The extensive park with shady trees includes a 28,000 sqm lawn for sunbathing, a restaurant with ice cream stand, and five swimming pools.
There is also a 10 m high diving tower and a 70 m long slide. For children, there is plenty of variety outside the water so that a whole day at Tivoli is not boring. Water cannons and chess, a water play garden and a playground ensure this.
For the older ones, there is also a beach volleyball, streetball and football pitch. The pool remains open from May to September. By the way: Parking is available in the underground car park at the Tivoli Football Stadium, there are two entrances (Purtscheller Road and Anton-Eder Road).
