The indoor pool of Lienz in East Tyrol invites you to spend a day in the 29 degrees C warm water, which is particularly pleasant when it is snowing or raining outside. However, also in summer months the indoor pool opens its gates for guests in case of bad weather.
In the Dolomitenbad indoor pool you can find a pool for toddlers, a multifunctional pool, and a sports pool of 25 m with massage jets. The outdoor pool, however, offers a spacious area for kids, a huge 90 m-water slide, numerous swimming pools, and a 30,000 smq big lawn for sun-bathing. Also in the outdoor area, the water temperature might rise up to 25 degrees C.
To make the offer complete, there's a beach volley field, in addition the facility offers a sauna, made from solid spruce. It includes e.g. a caldarium and a lounge. To make your day complete, you can enjoy local and international dishes in the Badwirt restaurant with its sun terrace.

Also 2-hour tickets for the indoor pool, 3-hour tickets for sauna with indoor pool, as well as half day ticket (from noon time), afternoon tickets (from 4 pm) and evening tickets (from 6 pm) for the outdoor pool (June to September) available.
The Dolomitenbad Lienz stays open from Tuesday to Sunday all year round, Monday rest day (except during the Tyrolean school holidays). The sauna is accessible from 1 pm to 8.30 pm, in summer - from early June to early September - also the outdoor pool is open.
In the opening days of the Dolomitenbad Lienz, the Greek restaurant Badwirt Lemnos is open from noon time to 10 pm, warm dishes till 9.30 pm, Monday rest day.
