Hahnenkamm Reutte Skiing Area - Kitzbühel Alps

Ascend to the Höfener Alm pasture in the Reutte Nature Park Region with the Reutte Cable Cars

The Reutte Cable Cars whisk you up to the Höfener Alm - a mountain pasture, a hut, and a ski resort at an altitude of around 1,900 metres on the slopes of the Hahnenkamm mountain in the Kitzbühel Alps. Five lifts provide access to almost 18 kilometres of pistes, most of which are intermediate. The Hahnenkamm mountain world is also a popular destination for ski tourers.

The 4-kilometre main descent in the Hahnenkamm Reutte Skiing Area is intermediate. In addition, three more challenging pistes beckon with the evocative names Sonnenhang (Sun Slope), Neuer Hang (New Slope), and Kanonenrohr (Gun Barrel). If you prefer a more leisurely run, choose the Mulden descent. Children can practise their first turns in the Kinderland in the valley at the Schollenwiesen Lift or explore the slopes at the Alpeggle middle station. The Hahnenkamm 2000 Ski School is happy to support skiers of all ages and abilities.

Besides skiing and snowboarding, the Hahnenkamm Skiing Area also offers a 300-metre-long toboggan run at the Schollenwiesen Lift, the Hahnenkamm cross-country ski trail through the snowy landscape, and a winter launch site for paragliders. For your physical well-being, there's the Panorama Restaurant with magnificent views over the Lechtal, and the Cilli Hut, one of the most popular ski and hiking huts on the Hahnenkamm, which will spoil you with regional specialities.
