At the high rope course in Nesselwängle there are six climbing courses and two Mega Flying Foxes in different levels of difficulties

Below Mt. Gimpel (2,173 m a.s.l.) and Mt. Rote Flüh (2,111 m a.s.l.), there is a climbing park in the middle of a rocky spruce forest. It is called Forest Adventure Park Tannheimer Valley (Kletterwald Tannheimer Tal), a 5 minutes' walk from the parking space of the Krinnenalpe Chairlift.
Among the available courses in different heights and degrees of difficulty are the Kiddy Course for children, and the "Köllenspitze" at 17 metres height, the most difficult of the 8 courses. 70 different climbing elements connect the individual challenges. A special attraction is the impressive Flying Fox, a cable slide that leads over a clearing with a length of 120 and 100 metres.
Of course, security is also the top priority here: The SMART Belay security system is used. From the age of 6 children are allowed to climb accompanied by an adult, and from the age of 14 they are allowed to start the adventure on their own. New is the combination "Grilling & Climbing": At 5 pm you can do a barbecue in the climbing forest, and then enjoy climbing until 8.30 pm.

More information
Children from 6 to 13 years have to be accompanied on the courses by an adult. For groups of 10 and more persons, the park is accessible on request also outside the opening hours.
The Forest Adventure Park Tannheimer Valley stays open from mid-April to the end of October with short intermediate breaks. During the Easter and Whitsun holidays it is open every day, in high season - July 5 to September 14, 2025 - from Thursday to Tuesday, Wednesday rest day.
Season start 2025 on April 12.
