The Climbing Park Lienz (Kletterpark Schlossberg Lienz), one of the most varied high-rope courses in all of Austria, is located on the Schlossberg (castle hill) of the small East Tyrolean town. 18 different courses at a height of up to 20 m can be found here - that needs a bit of courage. Safety comes first, of course, therefore a new and in Austria first applied safety system was installed.
So that all family members get their money's worth, children from the age of 2 can try climbing in a playful way. The park is also a popular excursion destination for school classes, clubs and companies, and offers a very special package for birthday children.
The Schlossberg Cable Car takes you from Lienz up to the Moosalm Mountain Hut, where the Climbing Park Lienz is located, and where right next to it the Alpine Coaster Osttirodler starts. So why not have a really adventurous day? Up by the cable car, first adrenaline in the Climbing Park Lienz, and afterwards back into the valley by the year-round toboggan run.
