In the summer, embark on a hike to Kreither Alm near Innsbruck, followed by an hour-long Vinyasa Flow yoga session. Connect with the serenity of the mountains and nourish your mind, body, and soul.

Work on your sun salutations with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and valleys—experience a sanctuary for your body, mind and spirit. Taking place at wonderful Kreither Alm Alpine Pasture Hut between Innsbruck and Stubai Valley and held throughout the summer, this amazing program includes an evening hour of open-air Vinyasa Flow yoga taught by talented yoga instructor Sarah. Allow the crisp air to fill your lungs as you stretch, strengthen, and meditate, embracing the revitalizing energy the mountains offer. The hike up to the Alpine pasture hut from Kreith or Telfes takes 1 to 1.5 hours to complete, depending on your pace. For a shorter access hike, you can ride to the top of the Muttereralmbahn Gondola. Afterwards, you can gather new strength over hearty delicacies at the Alpine pasture hut.
