Snowfest Innsbruck

The Snowfest is back for its third edition, right in front of the Tyrolean State Theatre in Innsbruck. The highlight of the event is the "Rock A Rail Contest". In the Snowfest Village, young and old can try out new winter sports.

Expect a big crowd when some of the world's best riders compete in front of the Tyrolean State Theatre. At the second edition of the "Rock A Rail Snowboard & Ski Contest," they'll be showing off daring stunts on specially installed rails and handrails. But the Snowfest in Innsbruck isn't just for top athletes. Adults and children interested in winter sports can take their first steps in the Snowfest Village. Various sports clubs and associations will be there presenting their sports. There will also be music and culinary delights. In the evenings, the after-parties will be in full swing.

Innsbruck is the second tour stop for the Snowfest after Thun in Switzerland. In early December, the entourage will move on to The Hague in the Netherlands.
