Unparalleled skiing and award-winning international cuisine: Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach & Spieljoch ski resorts are preparing to take center stage as a top culinary destination with the upcoming 6th Ski Food Festival.

For serious culinarians, this unique ski season opener offers the chance to sample culinary delights from different countries in unique mountain settings. In its sixth year, the Ski Food Festival again embarks on an epic culinary adventure through the ski resorts of Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach and Spieljoch in Fügen. Hungry skiers can tour the participating on-mountain ski lodges and taste three-course menus prepared by award-winning international chefs. Taking part are ten mountain huts at Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach Ski Resort, including the Crystal Hut, the Wedel Hut and the Kaltenbach Ski Hut and three huts at Spieljoch Ski Resort: the Mountain Loft, Kohleralm and the Skihütte. Before — and after — heading down the mountain, you need to fuel up. That’s why you can snack the excellent dishes at the ski lifts on both days between 09:00am and 11:00am.
