The 9th Mountain Yoga Festival in St. Anton aptly lives up to its name as you will roll out your yoga mat surrounded by some of Tirol’s most awe-inspiring peaks.

In its ninth year in 2024, this inspirational four-day event is an all-out celebration of mindful living, revolving around the theme of ‘Moving Into Stillness’. Fill your days with jivamukti, spirit and yin yoga classes for all ages and abilities and leap boldly into nature. Walks, mountain meditations and hikes will get you off your mat and into full adventure mode. Plus, there will be lectures given by international yoga experts, a Yoga Bazaar featuring local exhibitors and Ayurvedic specialties.
