On 27 and 28 June 2025, a superlative competition awaits you in Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser: the Kaiserkrone Trail. Whether you're a newcomer or a skyrunner, choose between the Ultra Trail, Skyrace, Medium Trail, Short Trail and Kids Trail events, which will take you around and onto the Wilder Kaiser massif.

The Kaiserkrone Skyrace
Run along impressive via ferratas and climb the mighty peaks of the Wilder Kaiser. The Kaiserkrone Skyrace is a true challenge for real skyrunners. The technically demanding route thrills athletes and has attracted both experienced runners and ambitious trail runners for years. Especially in 2020 and 2024, numerous top athletes demonstrated their skills on this spectacular course.
