At the Hall Dumpling Festival - the 12th edition this year - you can enjoy a Tyrolean speciality: the "Knödel" (dumpling). Local food retailers dish up around 30 different kind of dumplings. During this event you can taste both traditional "Knödel" and its gourmet and exotic varieties such as grilled pineapple dumplings with mushrooms, nettle dumplings and old-fashioned "Ritterknödel", which were prepared for knights.
